Getting it to you…
We dispatch items in stock by Royal Mail within
three working days of receiving your order. Standard delivery charges
are £4.95. Delivery is normally within 7 working days.
During busy periods it may take us a little longer, so if your order
is urgent please let us know and we will try our very best to meet
your deadlines. On rare occasions, if an item is out of stock there
may be a delay of up to 28 days. If this happens we promise we will
advise you by email. Really heavy orders and larger items
such as furniture will cost us a bit more to send. An additional
charge will be added to the standard delivery, which we will advise
you about before we send it.
All deliveries must be signed for. Whilst
we appreciate that this could be difficult for some people, we do
this to protect your interests as well as ours, in case goods go
missing in transit. If this is likely to be a problem for you to
sign for your parcel please contact us to find out if there may
be an alternative, although you can specify an alternative delivery
address in the additional information box as you complete your order.
If you can’t wait that long…
If you simply cannot wait for your order we
will send it by Royal Mail Special Delivery for an additional
£5.00. This service will guarantee delivery, of items
that are in stock, by 1pm the day after you place your order provided
that you do so before 4pm, Monday-Thursday. (It generally works
for orders placed on a Friday, but we cannot guarantee this).
For those who live a bit further away…
We are able to send most items overseas using
Royal Mail International signed for service. Please enquire and
we will give you a quote for postage, and confirm if the item can
be mailed, call +44 (0)1225 339789 or email orders@enkla.co.uk

Getting it back to us…
At Enkla we want you to be delighted every
time you shop with us. If for any reason you are unhappy with the
item you have purchased, return it to us in a re-saleable condition
within 14 days and we will issue a full refund.
This does not affect your statutory rights. We recommend that you
send returns by recorded post. Goods are returned to Enkla at your
own expense. Always retain proof of postage. If the goods are faulty
we will either refund the cost amount in full or send you a replacement
free of charge, provided you contact us within 14 days of receipt.

If you've never purchased online before it's
understandable that you may feel uncertain about parting with your
card details.To ensure your credit card security and to keep your
personal information safe we use Paypal secure
payment service. All of your data is encrypted prior to being sent
over the Internet to our system. We use secure firewalls which are
systems designed to keep information inaccessible and safe from
other Internet users.
Enkla does not sell or trade in any way, your
personal information to others.
We love trees!
We recycle packaging as often as possible,
to help protect the environment. This may mean the outer box your
goods are delivered in may have already been used once before, however, we
do ensure that your goods are protected and secure.

• All prices are shown in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT at the current rate.
• Enkla reserves the right to change any advertised prices
at any time.
• Payment can be made by Visa or Mastercard credit cards or
Switch/Maestro debit cards.
• All products are subject to availability and may be changed

• If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an
alternative or given a full refund.
• All orders are delivered by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery
or an appropriate courier.
• All goods remain the property of Enkla until signed for.
• We will not charge your credit or debit card until goods
are ready for dispatch.
• We will endeavour to take all reasonable care, in so far
as it is possible to do so to keep all details of your order and
payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we
cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party
procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing
or ordering.
• We only offer a refund on postage for goods which are faulty
